The main dentist was excellent and I believe it was his wife as the secretary was super nice and had got my teeth cleaned and would definitely be coming back again.
Dr. Sitterle is a WONDERFUL man and dentist. His wife, the receptionist, is not. She scheduled an appt. for me (without my approval After I asked her not to) and then called saying I’d be billed because I didn’t go. Very unprofessional when I called to work it out.
After being referred by my insurance company to this dentist i was excited to find out it is conveneiently located in my neighborhood. Unfortunately when i tried to make an appt (twice) i was hung up on by the secretary. If you are looking to make an appt, good luck, as this place appears to accept insurance based on classist entitelment.
Dr.Sitterle is very gentle. He takes his time with each patient. I was always afraid of dentests, but He has made a big difference of how I feel now.
