I would give 0 stars if I could. I was planning a short trip and I decided to hire this company to take care of my pet. The consultation went well and all arrangements seemed to have been made but when I got back, I found that NO ONE TOOK CARE OF MY PET WHILE I WAS GONE. When I called the company, I found that for some reason they had changed the date to two days AFTER I GOT BACK FROM MY TRIP.
