BEWARE OF SCAMMERS-I would give a zero if I could. I applied for a home I saw online and toured in person. I met all the requirements for the home, long story short after applying and showing proof of income Jon emailed me asking if I was sure I could afford the place!!!! So unprofessional. If you want someone who makes more to live there then maybe state that in your summary of qualifications instead of allowing people to pay the application fee only for you to make assumptions.
This review is long overdue, but I just want to say that Jon is the best landlord I've ever had in my entire life. I rented a house through Sitka Mgmt for almost 7 years and throughout that time Jon was always looking out for our best interest and prioritized any issues that we encountered. He's professional, fair, cool, and someone who exemplifies integrity and the current rental landscape would benefit greatly if there were more people like him in it. Thanks Jon!
So interesting. The woman at the front desk is very cold, and very matter fact, and not very sincere or kind. The manager is super nice. But the other Yes is very abrupt and not kind , sad the courtesy is not there. Also, I called Jon see if he is part of it. He was who are you? What do you want. He said first he was Sitka and now he’s not with Sitka so confusing. couldn’t find anybody above management
