I was happy with the real estate services provided here. I would say that I had to answer way too many questions that should have been sent to a mortgage broker or real estate agent so I ended up playing middleman. Otherwise the transactions went off without a hitch, the paperwork was well laid out and all the numbers were broken down so any layperson could understand. It's not my first time with real estate sales so I will say that their speedy response time with emails is certainly a bonus given my demanding/worrying self.

Recently, we completed the purchase of a home in Victoria, with Sitka Law handling the paperwork. I'm writing on my husband's account. I was referred to Sofia after my friend, for whom I was Executor, died. Sofia handled her estate. I found Sofia to be extremely helpful, making what was to me a daunting process, understandable. She was extremely pleasant, clear and articulate in all communication, and was an absolute delight to work with.
