I found Aaron, Caleb, and Eric to be very personable. However, their price was almost double their estimate. If you want a reasonable price, stay away from these people. $28,000 to do an 1100 square foot renovation in the basement. And that was with me paying for all of the fixtures, except pot lights. At $85 an hour plus tax, that works out to well over 200 hours if I allow $7000 for material. We are using Sitka electric for our ongoing home renovation in Sooke, and couldn't be happier with their honesty, reliability and excellent work ethic. Aaron, Kaleb and the team have been nothing short of amazing to work with. I had a huge home renovation, and I am so happy I had Aaron on my side. Not only did he provide great ideas and recommendations, he possesses something that is extremely valuable: he listens. With Aaron, it was always a conversation, a dialogue, so he understood what I hoped for, and I learned what limitations or further opportunities I had. I cant ‘t say enough about how fantastic Aaron, and the Sitka Electric team are. From the moment Aaron looked at the job, giving great advice and ideas, down to an accurate time, scale, and estimate. Mike and Declan then came to the job site to carry out the work. They are professional, efficient and tidy. At end of the job, they reviewed the work to make sure everything was covered.
