This place is in the crapper…dead plants all over the place…people frustrated inside because the inventory they called to verify is unavailable. Save your time and go to Stovall they lost it over there.
I came to the Alpharetta location all the way from the McDonough location due to lack of plants and customer service. The hour in a half drive was worth it! I want to give a big big thank you to Maritza who helped me from the moment we got there! She helped us choose and load the plants we were looking for and gave us tips and tricks on how to care for them. She knows her stuff and is so so friendly! If you need help getting your garden going I hope you run into Maritza!
TRUCKERS: THEY ARE VERY SLOW AS THEIR COMPANY POLICY IS TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS FIRST - SO IF YOU END UP ON A BUSY DAY YOU MIGHT GET TO UNLOAD NURSERIES BY HAND JUST TO GET OUT OF THERE. THEY WILL KEEP IGNORING YOU AND SELL TO CUSTOMERS AS LONG AS THERE ARE ANY.
