My first experience was laughable. The order was for 8.30am, it turned up at 12pm. I was understandably irate with my laborer being paid and doing nothing. The driver scoffed at me and said "It's not my problem". The next time I ring up (perhaps the jokes on me), I'm told that they don't take payment over the phone! So, I'm expected to make a special trip into their yard to pay for it in person! Utterly absurd.
