I've been a very satisfied customer of Site One Landscape Supply and have always had a great experience purchasing plants there. I placed an order of sod and I called them to cancel or change the address for the delivery since I got scammed and the lady said that could not be canceled cause the truck was loaded already and it was just 2 hours after the order was placed. Her recommendation was that was supposed to select my clients that she had nothing to do with that and I ask to talk to the manager and said he could not do anything for me.

worst company i have dealt with
