I’ve shopped at this Nike clearance store for years and spent thousands of dollars here. It used to be a great store with a friendly, helpful staff, but that has changed over time. The current footwear staff often seem unwilling to help, and the managers have been no help when I’ve raised concerns. In my experience, Nike’s product quality has declined, and the shopping experience at this store has declined with it. It’s disappointing to see a store I used to enjoy visiting feel so different now.
