I visited this store on July 29, 2026, and the experience was very disappointing. The cashier displayed a sarcastic and indifferent attitude when I asked a question. Furthermore, several employees were chatting among themselves instead of attending to customers. When I asked for help finding a pair of sneakers, they made virtually no effort to show me other options or help me find a model that matched what I was looking for. Very bad experience I. Just bought a chose for my daughter wrong size 20 min since I get off the shop and get back as my wife told me needs a higher size so I return to the shop and ask for. A manager and he came and he insisted that he cannot do exchange and he wants to keep it and give me discount on the correct size which is reduclaus, I ask to escalate but he refused to give his email neither to ask his top manager to solve my issue no flexibility or neither problem solving
