Always the greatest care and helpful, caring staff. Dr. Mutch and everyone in this office are the best. My mom is living proof.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. They treated me with respect and dignity. They explained everything and was patient. Place very clean and orderly. Only negative thing the stairs are not accessible to the public and the elevators have very long lines.
Due to radiation after effects, I am forced to have my throat stretch every month maybe for the rest of my life. I am going on monthly for four years now and have always actually looked forward to going each month to the 10th floor Endoscopy Department. Love the nurses and my doctor up there. It was unfortunate my first Doctor, Feris Murad had moved back to Chicago after his care for 3 1/2 years but so glad I was able to have Dr. Valdimir Kushnir take over and receive excellent care. I've been receiving treatment for the past 2 years. My Dr, his team and my team of other Dr's have treated me with the upmost care and respect.
