Purchased equipment through an online site from them. Had one of the orders deliver an incorrect item. They answered immediately and went way up and beyond to take care of the problem. More than I expected and nice to see someone making the effort to satisfy a customer. Appreciate that in these times, rarity. Keep up the great work!
We purchased equipment from Sitech and were very disappointed in their service. We knew what we wanted from the begining. The salesman made a deal within a couple of days, no hard work to win our busibess. He gave us incorrect invoice and refused to credit training that was not provided. They do not follow up or call back once you cave a problem. I would rather purchased this equipment from Somero as a whole package with our laser screed.
