Definitely would find a different inspector. Too many missed action items and has cost me significantly. Way more excuses when I contacted him post inspection. Absolutely waste of time and money.
Joshua Downey performed an excellent home inspection for my new home. He was so thorough and punctual. He sent me the completed report right away including annotated pictures of all the things. I highly recommend hiring him for a Great home inspection experience. I appreciate your help Joshua!
