Josh shows up on time, is very professional and knows his stuff. He took the time to explain every issue of the home in great detail. My wife showed up halfway through his summary and he started over without our having requested him to do so. Josh was personable, thorough, and best of all he laughed at my jokes.

Josh did a fabulous job reviewing my complicated older home that had had several remodels done. I’m very confident in his ability to be detail-oriented and find major problems. I would definitely hire him again for a home inspection. His report was also very quick and he verbally ran through the whole thing with me and left me time for questions and made sure I understood what was said.
