If there’s any issues had in this place, it’s definitely not the staff’s fault and more likely due to backorder with vendors and stuff like that because every time I’ve been here it’s been a great experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Site for Sore Eyes. I placed an order for prescription glasses for my son two weeks ago. They were supposed to be ready last week, but I received no update. When I called, they told me it would be ready this week, but it wasn’t. I called again, and now they say it will be ready next week. The service is incredibly unprofessional, the prices are much higher than other places, and there is a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time. I’m from out of town, visiting family in the area and I realized I was running short on contacts. I originally came in to buy another box, but instead the ladies here were able to give me a set of free samples that will hold me over for the remainder of the trip. Great service and experience!
