I have been going to this store since 2017 and always get satisfactory service ,the staff is really friendly and absolutely professional and the skilled technician fixed my glasses to the perfection ,would definitely go back .
Rebecca (manager) and assistant saved me! Helped me fix a lens that had come off; free of charge. Will surely come back for prescription and new frames.
I can not say enough good things about their customer service! Julia and Claire are experienced, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have had some issues with my prescription ( done by a different Dr.) that needed to be redone and they were so helpful in the process to redo my lenses and make it right. It turned out to be PERFECT! Thank you so much, I’ll be forever grateful.
