If there’s any issues had in this place, it’s definitely not the staff’s fault and more likely due to backorder with vendors and stuff like that because every time I’ve been here it’s been a great experience.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Site for Sore Eyes. I placed an order for prescription glasses for my son two weeks ago. They were supposed to be ready last week, but I received no update. When I called, they told me it would be ready this week, but it wasn’t. I called again, and now they say it will be ready next week.
