Claimed to accept my insurance provider(even listed on their site as being covered), called me a day before my appointment to say that it wasn't covered. Said that's fine, I'll figure it out with my insurance. Go in the day of the appointment only to find out that they only do "telehealth" on weekends? Excuse me?? I scheduled this appointment for an eye exam THREE WEEKS AGO and you can't even do that? You stay for so I asked Morgan Hill is five stars across the bar. Great customer service amazing eye doctor.
Too bad 5 stars is all I can give. We have a son with special needs and MaryAnn went beyond anything we could have expected to accommodate him. This was more than a professional trying to make a sale, it was a beautiful human being showing kindness, compassion, and understanding to another person who needed that care. We are forever grateful.
