We've used Sitara Electric several times. We only call Eddie when we need anything electrical done because when he leaves we feel completely confident in his work. Never another issue on ANYTHING he's worked on for us.
Initially, was quick to come out and offered a free estimate on some work we were considering, and told me the estimate would be emailed that day. Two days later, I had to call and ask for the estimate, and when we told him we only wanted one of the two items we were curious about, at a cost of $100 we were told it wasn't enough of a charge to be worth his time. Would have been appreciated to know that going in, so we could have moved on sooner.
