I liked the doctor fine but this office is very unorganized. They cancelled an appointment and nobody bothered to notify me until I showed up at the office. How could they not send a cancellation email to the same email that they sent the confirmation? I guess I should be calling ahead to my appointments to confirm?
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sital Patel who patiently helped me with a couple different concerns I had and clearly explained her thought process for each. The appointment was also exactly on time and very efficient. I had an issue with my insurance and the office re-submitted the prescriptions to a new pharmacy with one easy message through their app. Overall 10/10 experience.
Great experience, friendly reception staff & knowledgeable doctors. Big thanks to Jumana who worked on me today, addressed all issues and took great care of my comfort with great professionalism.
