I scheduled an appointment for both of my daughters with Reece and had a great experience. She was knowledgeable, professional and made it so fun for both of my girls. They can’t wait to go back!
Tl;dr: Reece is a fantastic stylist who isn’t being set up for success because she’s only being given 20 minutes to do a kid haircut. Book her, but know that you might have to wait and that isn’t her fault. When I made my 4 PM reservation, I noticed that the appointments were only spaced 20 minutes apart. I thought it might be a mistake because, in my opinion, there’s no way a kid haircut (a good one, anyway) can happen in that amount of time. I really don’t want to leave a crap review, but if you have a child with curly hair, find somewhere else. This is my second time getting my daughter’s hair cut here. I am picky about who cuts it because I know curly hair can be challenging. The first time was okay, this time it seemed okay prior to leaving, but I have styled my daughter's hair twice now and it’s not good. I asked for some layering and there is none. Booking experience wasn’t good. I made an appointment on Monday for the following Saturday. When it came to Saturday, I called to double check the time and was told there’s no appointment and now there’s no availability. I won’t even make the attempt again. Also when I called like 15 times in a row nobody answered.
