SISU was a game changer for older guys like me. Was not getting good results at the retirement community gym, so decided to make the move. Since joining SISU, bench has increased 32 pounds and the geritol goes down like water. Highly recommended!
SISU is a great spot for fitness & recovery. Plenty of space for group classes and a new part of the facility for open gym access with new equipment. Saunas and Pilates/Yoga studio upstairs are great additions to their offerings. A little bit of everything under one roof. 10/10 highly recommend ✔️

The first step is to take the first step. Gyms are intimidating. Period. And I won't sugar coat it, this one is intimidating to walk into, too. BUT - on the other side of the entrance door is also the start of the place that will help you become the best version of yourself. There is nothing else like SISU.
