Never in a million years thought I would be in a class setting let alone stick with it as "gym-timidation" always got the best of me. Sisu is a straightforward, streamlined approach to help you achieve all of your goals (nutrition, workouts, etc.) in and outside of the gym. An uplifting community that holds you accountable and helps you unlock a new potential within yourself. Take it from me, someone who used to fear the gym to now, someone who can't imagine life without it, Sisu is THE place best place to be a member.
Great environment to workout
I became a member of Sisu early 2023 from the recommendation of Jake Pawol, owner of Fortitude & Freedom. Nick, Jeff and new coach Lexi care about each person they have an opportunity to work with. My favorite part is they really take the time to get to know you and remember the small things about you and they are hilarious!
