This company is the best home health company in Vegas. They are professional, personable, organized and prompt. My medication was always delivered on time and the drivers would even call me and give me an ETA on the delivery, which was incredibly helpful and considerate as i live in a 2 story home and needed time to get to the door. Lauryn was my nurse. She is such a kind and knowledgable girl! She was always on time and beyond respectful, helpful and considerate. Very friendly, efficient, and informative.
Did not receive medication in a timely manner. Then when medicine was ready, it was incomplete. Additional delivery needed to make up the shortage. Nurse did not communicate her schedule change, I spent 4 hours waiting for her to arrive.
