I think it’s the best hospital in wny. The care from the staff is outstanding. I’m so glad I work here too!!!
At 32 wks pregnant, I found out I had preeclampsia on top of my baby being breach I couldn’t deliver at the hospital I wanted to deliver at. I was scared, nervous and not knowing what to do but kept my faith strong and prayed. Buffalo medical group who is outstanding sent me to sisters. Thank the Lord above they did. I have never felt so comfortable, at home, cared for than I felt at sisters. Anything I needed or wanted the nurses were there in a blink of an eye. They made me feel like I was at home. This was my fourth time at this hospital. The staff is truly amazing, genuinely kind each time.
I went in for stitches in my hand after a household accident and I have never had such a great ER experience. I was checked in, went for triage 2 minutes later and when my nurse noticed I was pale and dizzy got me straight to a bed so I could relax a bit. The records lady (i didn't realize i forgot to get her name until it was too late �) was professional but still very witty and even got me laughing a bit.
