One of the best nail salon and spas in central Oregon! Loved my experience! It was easy to make an appointment and amazing atmosphere. My nails look amazing and I loved the selection of services offered. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
Worst mani and pedi I’ve ever had. Mani polish was not smooth and the technician did not clean up the polish around my cuticles until I asked her to. Upon closer examination I had her take off the polish and replace it with clear so the imperfections would not be so visible. On top of that she made me bleed twice in trimming my cuticles. And answered the phone two times during my appointment leaving me sitting there. I am not one to right bad reviews but I’ve given this place a few tries and every time it’s AWFUL!!!! Yesterday I took my granddaughter in for just a polish on her toes and a pedicure for me. It cost me $80 for the most basic pedicure and just polish on 10 tiny toes. I left with my nail cut crooked and polish on my skin as well as my granddaughters. That will be my last time at this extremely half ass job salon!!!
