The owner was so friendly and understanding. She makes incredible ham delights. They are definitely the best caterers in Sumter!!
I needed a caterer in 3 days time for a funeral repass. Mrs. Carol contacted me ASAP after leaving a message, offered a very reasonable quote and provided a detailed contracted list of items for the catering service. The day of the repass, Mrs. Carol and her staff were on time and professionally represented with a beautiful setup. The food was amazing and she even provided an extra side. No stars was not an option. My daughter ended up in the ER with food poisoning. The bake chicken you served Friday was not fully cooked at all. Everyone at my table,(my kids and grands) had peices that were still very red inside. I immediately told them not to eat it but the one who didn't listen got severely sick and our return home was delayed by a visit to the ER. News of their awful food and service is now known all the way in Connecticut.. One of our very own ended up sick in the hospital after eating under cooked chicken! This is absolutely unacceptable! Serving undercooked food and also expired food items is very disrespectful!! There's no Southern hospitality in that!!! This was just a money grab!
