Hello my sisters. I been taking my daughter to this salon for about two years off and on. I never seen anyone be rude to me or my child. I go there because they do good work. The braids stay in, yes it true they do be tight! But I whether for them to be tight then fall out! My American sister please stop! If you don't like the salon stop going! It's alot of Braid Salon in Houston. I have tried both American Braids Salon and other culture.

Ladies, why are we constantly running back to these RUDE AFRICANS? We r paying them big bucks and all they give in return is tight braids that causes hair loss and NASTY ATTITUDE.They come across as if they r above us and they're not, We deserve better.My experience was so bad with them, I complained to the manager/ owner and she did absolutely nothing to rectify the problem, all I got was the run around!!!! Ladies why do we continue spending our money with these rude Africans!!!!! If nothing else they can at least respect us, we deserve it. What they fell to realize is that they need us, we dont need their rudeness.Yes their work is beautiful when you walk out. However, give it a few days and you will slowly start losing braids from the roots because they are way too tight.
