Went in for gel manicure. She cut the skin twice on 2 different nails while clipping my nails. Finger started bleeding and she put some medicine on it. This place all of the techs file the bed of your nail down so thin your fingers hurt. They have to find a better way to get polish off. I would say that the nail stations need to be cleaned with alcohol. The equipment, drill case, counter top, all need to be cleaned thoroughly and sanitized. Consistently has price changes each visit. Nail quality is always inconsistent and not always the greatest depending on the tech.
Horrible! I left with nail polish on my hands, the edges of my toes left unpainted and my nails looking streaked and was told “it looks good”. My nails were uneven and my French tips were different on each finger. The first time I went, the customer service was good but the quality of work was subpar. I tried them again and got met with worst quality.
