I just want to personally shoot out Mary Lu. She is very patient, detailed, and knows customer service. She is the reason I come back monthly. She just provides a great service every single time. Sister nails: without customer you guys are nothing. FYI: I did not come here for a mani or any other service. If Mary Lu is not in, I literally walk out.
Me and my sisters came here to get our nails done on multiple occasions and this nail shop serviced us and took our money but was completely rude the entire time. I truly believe they are racist. This business deserves to be shut down frankly.
Horrible customer service and seems a bit raciest, me and my daughter watched them speak very rude to two black young girls for no reason and did not speak to any other customer this way. Run away from this place.
