Upon walking into the front lobby I was a bit taken not only by the smell, but by the dirt and dust as if the lobby is never cleaned, swept or mopped. Only had me wondering what their sterilization processes are behind the lobby doors. There were cobwebs on the feet of the chairs, amounts of animal hair on the chair seats and dead bugs on the floors! Dr. Hope we pulled on of my bottom molars. It’s difficult to express in words how amazing my experience with Dr. Hoeppner and his assistant Michael was compared to any dentist that I’ve seen in the past. He communicated with me, explaining exactly what he was doing throughout the procedure. And he talked to me rather than at me, which is a huge pet peeve with me. The shots to numb me were painless, as was the actual extraction
