horrible service and rude staff
My father had surgery at Mercy Hospital. I found the hospital room dirty. The floors were sticky. We asked that the bathroom be cleaned because it smelled like urine. The sink in his room was clogged. Honestly when I visited him it smelled like a nursing home in there. You would think a hospital would be a sanitary place! Could not wait to get my father out of there.
RecommendedQuick and efficient care! Everyone is so nice and help and had answers to all my questions and concerns.
Mercy is a good city hospital. Good ER! Good doctors and good environment! Five stars!!!!!!!!
I have had Vertigo on 2 occasions. Lisa Blain was the OT that I saw and she was excellent!! I highly recommend her!!
Was just in the er this evening they were very busy had to wait some but the dr and nurse I had were amazing explained everything answered any questions I had overall excellent experience
I've been trying to pay a bill for 2 months.I've been on the phone for 1 hour playing phone tag with my doctors office the old billing department and the new billing department.I'll looking for a new primary care doctor at BAYSTATE HEALTH
ONCE AGAIN!!! Got a bill on Saturday (12-15-2018) for service on 1-3-2018. Paid this today (2 days later), took the 15% discount for paying within 10 days but the statement was dated 11 days ago. I know that I will get another bill from these morons for the 15% and will not be able to get ahold of anyone to discuss. THIRD TIME THIS YEAR!! They should change "Mercy Cares" to "Mercy Doesn't Give A Shit"
Small Hospital but staff is always around. Very polite and ready to help you. I hope one day and on a weekend I'll be able to see the main lobby alive and construction for a Children's Hospital.
