I was referred to this salon when I moved to Jacksonville 4 months ago. The first appointment I had with Chelle was a good experience and I was about to be a long time customer. However my second appointment wasn’t as pleasant as the first appointment. Chelle was almost an hour late and walked in Iike she was mad at me because she was late. This was the first time in 6 years since I had my locks that I let someone do my hair. Everyone was on time and we had the best conversations. They made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be going back. Thank you Meeka.

I would recommend anyone to come here for their hair needs...These sisters are Soo sweet & professional & Their work is Top notch...They take their time with ppl hair I love mines...Don't listen to the negative comment it's not true ...I felt comfortable here & I left happy with my new hairstyle she gave me exactly what I asked for..Thanks Chelle 💝
