Yes, the sales process is good, but the repair part is very bad. I left the car to have the windshield replaced on Thursday, September 4th at 10 in the morning, and no one called or emailed until Monday. So I went there at 9:30 in the morning on Monday, and they said it was ready. I asked why didn't you let me know, but no one cared. Since I trusted the service, I didn't take any photos of the interior and exterior of the car before returning it, which was a big mistake. Went in to Honda of Thornhill to purchase a car for my mom. We were not sure which car would suit her. Malcolm was amazing. He took his time and explained the different models and trims. He showed us different pre-owned vehicles that suited her style, mileage and budget. Very happy with his customer service. Even though we did not close on a car, we definitely recommend this location and Malcolm.
