I was threatened in the lobby by a patient. Every staff member in the front watched it happen and said nothing. It was business as usual as they continued to get that patients insurance information. As the patient left they called me a queer (because I was wearing a pink shirt I guess?). None of the staff said anything to me. I was called back to Dr. Jeffrey Welder and he was oblivious to the incident... This is an example of what all doctors' offices should be! Everyone is easy to work with, professional, and no one wants to waste their time or yours. I love Dr. Welder (platonically, of course, and opthamologically), and Dr. Epstein, and every assistant I've worked with. Highly recommended.
