I don't know what I would do without Sirri. Insomnia started with me when I was 19. I'm now 60. As I've gotten older, my insomnia has gotten progressively worse. My teenage daughter used to freeze up in social situations, or worse yet, avoid them altogether. After several months of Neurofeedback, her anxiety has significantly eased. She’s now not only willing to show up to intimidating social events, but she initiates conversations! She says her nervous system feels more calm and she’s doesn’t spin out of control internally any more.
