The customer service is TERRIBLE. Everyone I encountered on 2 occasions were extremely rude. I could not have work done here, because I could not get someone to talk to me on a professional level. I was talked down to. I was told one day that my parts were in stock and told another day they would have to be ordered. I was given attitude by the front desk and service guy when I asked if I could make an appointment. I was simply told "no". I would not deal with these people even for free service!!
Laura is RUDE – Don't use this shop, poor customer service. There are plenty of other good shops who deserve your money. this shop lost a $2-3k insurance paid job. In this economy, it doesn't pay to be rude to people, because their are many others businesses who will treat you with courtesy and respect. Laura, the woman at the front desk is rude and should take a class in how to speak to people. If their rude from the start and don't care about their customers, how will they treat your auto repairs? Go somewhere else!!!
