Extremely unprofessional, we paid a non refundable fee to get a quote and after 4 weeks we still dont have it despite asking numerous times and getting a " will send it later today". Definitely wont use their services as they really seem unprofessional
He was prompt, the job was done in a reasonable amount of time, a drainage system to the ditch. The workers did a sloppy job, came back and took care of the mess. Left tools scattered about, William stopped to pick them up, leaving two for us. Job started and completed in April 2024. July 2024, a heavy rain and a down spout shot water into yard, not he drainage system , text William asking him to correct the problem. April 2025, still has not fixed that issue and we now have water bubbling up from the drainage pipe. He refus... read more
Called Sir Williams on my lunch break and Bill was here within an hour (this was not an immediate emergency). Extremely knowledgeable, straight-shooter, and presumably diagnosed our water infiltration issue within minutes. No pressure or upselling. He wants business built on reputation and referrals which I really appreciate. Top notch.
Sir Williams and his team really did a fantastic job waterproofing my basement.They where very professional and a reasonable rate. Thank you.
