Every time I go into the store I get amazing service. All of the staff are incredibly knowledgable about products but one employee in particular has always gone above and beyond and that is Kristen. Anytime new products come out that she knows I'm going to like she contacts me and let me know, she is always extremely helpful when I come into the store, great sense of humour amazing customer service.

Excellent prices on juices for Indiana. Been going here for about two years now.
Meh, tried them once, juice selection wasn't that great. Staff seemed to nervous to want to talk to customers. Weren't very receptive to questions, bordering on rude. Once and never again, you guys need to work on interpersonal skills. Good luck.
I enjoy shopping at Sir Vapes-A-Lot on Stop 13. The guys who work there are awesome. They know their business for sure. I like that. I've been to shops in the area and in California. The guys here know the art. I dislike when you're trying to learn yourself and the workers are not savvy w what their doing. I'm sure glad I have SVAL to go to when I need juice, equipment or just questions. Thanks guys, JKiteley

5 stars hands down! Great experience at the shop! Very comparable pricing to other local shops and often times much better pricing! Fantastic customer service. I didn't know much about vaping at all, but Joey was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid. I went to a different local shop and was unimpressed and didn't end up buying anything. Hi Jack, thanks for the review. Most of our other juice lines come in a higher VG/PG ratio if that is what you are looking for. They are all at least 70�G and most are 80� As far as prices, we try to be as competitive as possible, but it is near impossible to match online pricing. We do price match any central Indiana vape shops on prices though. Merry Christmas!
