On Monday, Oct 16, my vehicle was rear ended by a Sir Speedy driver- Jeremiah Williams, at the intersection of Cross Park Drive and US 290. Mr Williams hit me so hard it cracked my rear bumper and tailgate. I filed a claim with Sir Speedys insurance carrier, Farmers Insurance. I was just told today that Farmers is denying my claim because Mr Williams said that I put my car into reverse and somehow backed into his van. This is a complete lie.
