If you had reached out to me to say something like “what can we do to make this right?” and in fact made it right then I would not have wrote my 100% honest and factual review. Our technician was so courteous and conscious about covering his shoes and cleaning up after himself. the work was done well and quickly. highly recommend.
I was very nervous because I felt the price was high, but they did an AMAZING job with my kitchen floors that had seen better days. The grout seriously looks new and it’s 27 years old. The young man was very professional and courteous; I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
Mark, the representative I spoke with, was very nice and explained the cleaning process very clearly. The two workers they sent were also very nice to deal with and worked very hard. We were very pleased with the result of cleaning our ceramic tile entryway floor and kitchen. Highly recommend.
