We have some pretty bad stains on our granite countertops. Matt gave me the impression that the stains wouldn't be a problem. When Xavier, the technician arrived, he saw the stains and explained why he wouldn't be able remove them. I appreciated his honesty in explaining before he started the project. I had him proceeded with the work anyway and the countertops look better than they did before. He gave me a product that I can use that may remove the stains over a period of time. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Xavier was professional, did great work, on time and left a clean work space. I only used them for grout repair in bath and kitchen. These guys aren’t the cheapest option in town. Their quote came in the highest of three diff companies but I appreciated the professionalism and they seem to stand behind their work with no issues.
Sir Grout did an amazing job on our bathroom floor. Xavier was meticulous completing the work. Our floor looks so much better with the grout color changed and polished.
