Jamar and Hope were wonderful! Jamar treats your home like it’s his own and puts huge attention to detail in everything he does. Hope is a trainee, but she is truly learning from the best. They were not working to get things done fast for money—if a spot was missed and noticed, they will go back to fix it. Our showers look amazing and look like they’re brand new. Highly recommend using Sir Grout for your grouting and caulking needs!
Professional and non-pressured, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable sales/quote process (Ted - Ambassador of Happiness, LOL), was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I received a fair bid for the work and prompt scheduling for the job. The technician who worked on my main suite bathroom did a great job cleaning and sealing bathroom tile floor grout and honing and polishing our marble vanity tops back to a beautiful glossy shine. I would definitely use this company again.
