Definitely do not stay here! Housekeeping steals from guests. A huge chunk of my brand-new La Mer eye cream was taken. This is the first time I've ever experienced something like this at a hotel. Fortunately, I didn't bring any other valuables, or they probably would have been stolen too. The room is also tiny, and because it faces the main street, it's extremely noisy at night!
We had 6 nights per paid at beacon at a reasonable price BUT tax’s were US$500 extra on arrival.
Veronica went above and beyond! We had an issue with the booking snd she solved it quickly and effortlessly. The hotel was clean, and all staff greet you. We traveled from out of state and will definitely return.
Hotel avec un charme fou ! Son style neo-renaissance avec ses parquets, ses moulures vous transportent dans un univers hors du temps. Mention special au papier peint avec les symboles de San Francisco (le golden gate bridge... et même les lions de mer du pier 39) Le tramway en bas de l'hotel apporte beaucoup de cachet.
