I genuinely hated living here, I try not to leave negative reviews but my husband and I were miserable here. The apartment itself was so overpriced for how cheap the quality was. We never wore shoes in our apartment but the carpet was damaged just from living in it. The appliances barely worked, and the worst part was how unsafe we felt while living there. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment from the maintenance staff to the administrative staff. This place sucks to live in. We've been here for 3 and a half years now And there is problem after problem, terrible communication between the staffing team and with residents. But now everywhere is so expensive you're forced to stay with whatever miserable apartment they end up sticking you in. Management is untrained in their own policies and protocols- they said I could negotiate rent price but that was not the case. They also weren't helpful at setting up auto-pay and charged me late fees twice, when they didn't provide adequate information. My car was broken into by a resident, and they did nothing about it. If I could give this review no stars I would. I highly recommend that no one rents from this apartment complex. I lived here for three years and this was the worst complex I've ever rented from. Very rude unprofessional management the uint that I stayed in had an ongoing Ant infestation and mold problem that was never resolved The management discriminated me about my cancer situation. If you like hight electric bills, because the apartment are not energy efficient. Hot summers, lots of bugs ants flys other creepy crawling critters. The hot tub has been out of order for six months, will not be working any time soon according to management. The pool is not covered during the winter months. Crime is everywhere here Mexican gangs that steal your cars on a regular occurrence here.
