Update: they kicked my kid out of the pool with the person i had watching him today. Its a 90 degree day and tried to confiscate our pool pass. Again not worth it. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment from the maintenance staff to the administrative staff. This place sucks to live in. I lived in this complex for several years, but I decided to move out because it has changed drastically. They do not maintain the buildings—the stairwells are never washed—and although they claim the property is smoke-free, that is completely false. I highly recommend taking a tour before renting so you can see the deterioration of the buildings for yourself; only those located near the office look decent, whereas the difference is clearly noticeable in the ones further away.
Toured the location and Brianna was extremely friendly and professional. She did a great job providing the details of the unit and complex. Almost 400 units with plenty of amenities and convenient tly located near freeways and shopping centers.
