Love using Sir Charles, we've had them fix several appliances over the years. They've always been honest, and reliable. The price is much less than contacting one of the "Big Guys" and they actually care. I'll keep using and referring them.
They said it was a simple fix, and fixed my microwave the same day and did it all for great price. I don't hope any of my appliances go down again but if they do i will be definitely calling Sir Charles Appliance Repair.
Not only do they not do the tings they say they will do but they will misdiagnose your issue and not stand behind there diagnosis. I would rather have you tube diagnose my next issue. I asked for a refund for their carelessness and was refused
