Need to improve customer service. Owner left once I declined his the majority of his upselling attempts and had his son do all the work. He never came back to ask if the job was done to my satisfaction or even to thank us for our business. They gave no information on drying times for the carpet either. I purchased an online deal only to be told that deal only to pay more when they came so the deal was hardly a deal at all! I would not recommend.

David cleaned my carpet today with outstanding results. I was VERY impressed with his professionalism; focus on detail and recommendations. The company overall provides excellent service and I will be using them again as well as referring friends and family members to Sir Carpet. Susan

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, prices were very reasonable Sir Carpets tech was at the house when he said he would, very kind and helpful moving stuff around. All around a good experience.

I had written an earlier review about how dirty my stairs were after I had them cleaned. The company came back out and redid them, spending more time on them than they had previously spent on the whole house. In the end, the stairs looked wonderful. So they do respond to voiced concerns, and as a result, I would use them again.

These guys are great!! I had a guy from Sir Carpet out today to clean my carpets and while he was there I asked him to clean my sectional sofa too. OMG....my couch smells SO GOOD, and I had no idea how filthy it was until he cleaned it. The carpets look good too and I actually paid less than I expected to pay. I will definitely use them from now on, I'm glad I tried them!

I don't know why these people were upset on the 23rd, but the guy from Sir Carpet that came out to my place yesterday was awesome! I agree with the first 3 reviews, they were very impressive! The carpet cleaner was at my place for hours scrubbing and cleaning. I never thought the carpet would come that clean in a million years. I will definitely use them every time from now on! You should seriously call them, you won't be disappointed.

Disappointed! – I was very disappointed with the service. They were over 2 hours passed the time they were suppose to be here! The Tech told me that they were in the area around the time they were suppose to be at our home doing another house, and then they were sent out to west valley for a job! They told me the floors would be dry in a couple of hours, well that didn't happen! They were still damp when we got up the next morining! I am sorry but I would not use them again. Don't waste your money – Please save your money and go rent a steam cleaner, you would have better service. Service was poor, they were two hours late and cleaning was sub par. I could have done a better job myself. Very disappointed.
