A wonderful job done by Oscar, he Made my carpets look like brand new.He is decent and knowledgable.He came on time and finished the job efficiently within 1h30 . I will definitely use his services in the future .

I have used Sir Carpet for several years now. They always call me several days before my appointment for confirmation of time block. They then call me when they are on the way. Dave is very professional and an extremely hard worker. 3 weeks ago, I had a spill of red wine on my white carpet. It blotted right up with no staining. Dave knows his business and I will continue to use them.

Made an appointment for a Saturday. Said would arrive between 3 and 5pm. We called the office to verify apt and to ask a question. The office is closed all weekend. 3 comes. 4 comes. At 5 we emailled them from the website. We got a responce 6 minutes later saying the technicion would call us ASAP. Nothing. At 6 we emailed again. Nothing. At 830 we got a call from the techniction stating his phone was hacked and he lost all his appoitments. We still have not heard back from the corprate office. We emptied 3 rooms. Sir carpet did a great job cleaning the carpet in my house. When I called to make the appt. the customer service rep was friendly and informative. Dave was fantastic! He was professional and did a very thorough job. He even moved some furniture out of the way on his own that I had left because it was too heavy for me. I would definitely use Sir Carpet again.

Sir Carpet did a wonderful job. Their response after I called was easy and efficient. I had a groupon and was def worth every penny. Sean called before coming, arrived on time and was quick! He did a wonderful job. I will use again :)

Dave Brown did an amazing job, when he was done the rental property he had rescued for us looked 1000x better than when we'd bought it. He not only made sure all of the carpets & tile were spotless, his eye for detail *throughout* the house was way above and beyond and I can't thank him enough!!! We are VERY happy, not only with this project, but with knowing we now have someone we can rely on to clean as if he himself were going to be living there.

I just had my carpet cleaned for the second time in a year and Dave and his son were the best! They did a fabulous and meticulous job at a fair price. I highly recommend using them. The carpet looks like new!

I was very pleased with my experience with Sir Carpet. They offered affordable prices and I was able to choose from several different cleaning options. Dave Brown was my carpet specialist, and he did an incredible job! He was able to almost completely remove a dried out, six month old, nail polish stain from my carpet! Dave was very professional, courteous, worked really hard and was extremely thorough. He even moved some of my furniture and scrubbed out a few extra spots at no charge. You need to improve your customer experience. Mine was aweful. I work in customer service and I would never let a customer walk away with the experience I have. Word of mouth travels quick and I will be sure to spread my experience with everyone so no one else will have this happen to them. Late, carpets were still dirty when i wiped them with a white towel as were the concrete floors and the owner dismissed the fact that i paid over $500 with the upsells.
