Found them on Groupon and I have never seen a bigger bunch of flakes. When scheduled, they call off appointment stating their truck broke, after rescheduling they said they be there between 3and 5 next day. we rearranged our days schedule only to get a no show from them. They left no message, no texts as to why the no show. Cancelled them through Groupon. Found a reliable carpet cleaner. I will be leaving reviews on yelp and other platforms. Hired Sir Carpet, they cancelled the first apt (van broke down), still had trouble the next day sourcing a technician. Regular carpet looked ok, area rug was terrible and they were not prepared like they should have been for the area rug. We made sure to ask before they came out. Technician forgot to do a room, and would not come back the same day. Not great overall and they issued a refund for the carpet not cleaned.
Unreliable
Super disappointed! Was given a 9am time with a 2hr window when the cleaner could come. I had to call them three times before i fonally got a response!!! Was promised 2 call backs. Finally an hour later, i got a call back... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. No apology whatsoever for MY inconvenience! I work too!! I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate you guys unnecessarily. Thats My Personal.experience
Joel was on time and was professional. We have used Sir Carpet in the past and have always been pleased with their service.
