Best near Boston ANIME lashes!!! Mei li was very gentle and very fast. She made me very comfortable especially when my eyes were tearing up. Got both top and bottom lashes done. Don't let the outside mislead you, the place was very clean inside and very inviting Worth the price

This is the second time I show up for my appointment and nobody is there!! I waited 15 mins (my appt was at 9:30am and they are supposed to open at 9am) in the cold. Nobody called me to let me know if they were going to be late or something… they have no phone number or email to complain about this.. so I have to go again to get back the $30 they charged me as a booking deposit…they have the audacity to charge deposit but then they don’t show up or bother to give you a heads up…no more!!!

What a bad service, I scheduled my appointment on the website for a Sunday and they didn’t want to do my nails, they where doing other girls nails and say that I was not scheduled when I had proof of the email and receipt from my deposit. They try to reschedule but honestly no thanks, please work on the website for scheduling if you are not going to provide the service don’t show slots open for that dates and now I lost 30 bucks.

I reserved online , paid the $30 deposit and when i got to the appointment the place was closed. I have no contact information and they havent contacted me to refund me either
