Absolutely the best spot for wine in New Port Richey. There’s a secret speak easy for those in the know, but even first time guests can catch the next level charcuterie board! Melissa always makes sure our party’s experience is better than we can expect.
I took my wife to Sip the other night. One employee was tending. He did not greet us, or hand us menus. Did not acknowledge us in any way. He was helping another customer, so we grabbed a menu, but it turned out to be a flyer for a pschic. We took actual menus and sat ourselves. Another patron came in a got service. The employee then took a cell phone call that lasted at least 10 minutes and was not in the bar. When he returned, he came up to us and asked if 'we knew what we wanted'. This is absolutely, hands down, my favorite little wine place. From the wine selections to the charcuterie and dessert options, I always find something good to "sip" and nibble on. The best part is the community I have found and built from becoming a regular at this establishment. 10/10 will recommend stopping by here for a visit and becoming a regular yourself!
