Went to this place not too long ago when I was at the mall buying shoes with my son. A nice boy gave us a free sample so I decided to buy drinks for me and my son. There was a man behind the counter yelling at the employees and that made me feel uncomfortable. That was very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. I don't even yell at my kids that way, especially not in front of other people. So, with that being said, despite the transgression with the one employee, the smoothie was rather tasty.
Sipista suggested I try mango mixed with guava strawberry, 10/10 drink and excellent customer service!!
This store is amazing! Best fresh Juice I have ever had. And the Manager is so kind and funny. 10 out of 10
EDIT- His name is alex and hes short the manager was sweet heart and i love her down. I went to Sip Fresh today and had a very disappointing experience. The taller Asian employee who helped me at first was friendly, helpful, and gave me two samples while I was deciding what to order. While he was helping another customer, I asked another employee, a shorter younger man, for one final sample. He immediately said no, rolled his eyes, and responded with an attitude. Jace was an absolute trooper! I felt bad because it was just him and it got busy last minute but he patiently took care of everyone. Great kid with great attitude👍
