This place was such a wonderful surprise. Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee waiting for a brewery to open. Stayed for 2 hrs. Great coffee. Amazing beer selection and LIVE music. What a wonderful way to start our Sunday.

The avocado toast, breakfast burrito and coffee.. all excellent along with great service and a comfortable and yes, funky (in a good way) environment.
I have been to Sip probably 15 times to work or meet up with clients. I am never disappointed by the service, drinks or atmosphere! I love the laid back vibe! Last night I was there and it was open mic night. Such a great place to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
Sip is the coffeeshop to be when you want to meet up, get some great brews made here and there. IPAs on tap, and food to order from there or around the corner. They have couches if you don't want a chair, and an outdoor area. All non-smoking so comfy is in!! They also make some great drinks with nice Top Shelf liquor to make you happy!!
This place has the perfect coffee house "vibe" to just hang out (even if it is with a beer!)
