great place to go get help
Staff is friendly and helpful. Counselors actually seem to care about the person, and try to find ways to help them based on their individual needs, not a cookie cutter plan.
This place is prob the best mental health facility I've ever been to, my psychiatrist and my therapist are amazing they listen to every little detail that I have to tell them and evaluate everything that needs to be done and worked on and listen to all my concerns and cares about what's going on with me, my therapist Kelsey is the best therapist I've ever had EVER and I've had maybe a handful of therapists she actually wants to help you work on your issues and figures out ways to get things done for you with you!!!
I'm just here again to tell yall I hate you guys for pushing so many medications to treat a 3rd grader for bipolar (does that even sound right to you?) the next ten years. If something's not working for 10 years, maybe its because you didnt find the real problem and just tried to cover it with pills. The mistakes you make as a psychiatrist will follow someone until they find a doctor who will listen and not throw medicine at you. so unprofessional.
They prescribe you medication then give you no papers to know what you are getting and never have it ready that day. but they insist you keep you're appointments and show up to get it even though they know nothing on there side. very unprofessional to those depending on that medication
Doesn't show you want to help people too bad when you terminate all there future appointments cause they don't keep there's. you are supposed to work with the person not worry about a agenda. And if you prescribe medication it is always good to have it ready when you say it will be. very unprofessional place
Nicole Smith. One woman, who definitley can change the world. I am forever greatful for her and for her time and genuinely kind heart!
I wrote my review in a post. Jamie is the lady with answers and she’s awesome!
It really depends on who you see. I've really liked going there until this past year. I'm convinced all the good doctors have left or are leaving for better job opportunities. I got told yesterday I was going to get my medicine taken away unless I moved to a different state out of the Midwest. And that's really upsetting for a patient to hear when they are supposed to be there to help. Not to put you down.
