I was here for the first time the morning after Thanksgiving. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient; I waited less than ten minutes before being called back into a room. The lobby and room were immaculate; the nurse and CNP were caring and knowledgeable. I was cared for and on the road in less than 40 minutes.

I needed urgent care whilst on vacation and utilized this facility. I was given timely care provided by great professionals. Excellent customer service which is rare these days. Clear and concise communication re treatment. Hopefully you don’t need to use an urgent care facility but if you do check out these folks.

I went in on a Sunday morning after a persistent cough and flu-like symptoms that lasted for weeks. I was received almost immediately, offered a consultation, chest X-rays and proper medication. The personnel was exceptionally kind, from the reception desk to the RN, doctor, and radiologist. Thank you so much!

I have made several attempts for months to pay a bill no one answers the phone. I've even left voicemails and no one calls back. There's no way to pay the bill online. I have proof of all of this and I definitely can post the proof of the phone calls. They then sent my bill to a debt collector, didnt even inform me that they were doing so.
