Respectful staff & clean facility. Offered me a loaner vehicle right away when I unexpectedly had to leave my car overnight. Great communication from my service advisor, Mike, as well. He was very helpful & easy to work with.
The whole process at Sioux Falls Lincoln was amazing. The atmosphere of their new building is top tier. Edwin is very good at what he does and made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely be coming back for future vehicles and recommending to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
This is my 6th Lincoln that I have owned and it is a great driving experience, I would highly recommend Sioux Falls Lincoln.
